how to cahnge a selected series of values from positive to negative in one
swoop

Hi
- enter -1 in an empty cell
- copy this cell
- select your numbers
- goto 'Edit - Paste Special' and select 'Multiply'

Select your cells with numbers
Right click on them
Paste special
Multiply
OK
