I have invoices in excel, I need to know if there is a way to get the info in
Excel to Access. I have imported the spread sheet but the field names in
Access are not correct? The field names are Field1, 2, 3, etc.. and the table
looks exactly like it does in Excel. In order to do this is there a certain
way you need to setup the spread sheet in Excel? I know this is possible, is
it worth the trouble or should I keep using Excel for the invoice?

In order to export from Excel to Access, you must have no blank lines at the
top of the spreadsheet. Your first line should be the names of the headers,
and then the second row and below should have the data in it.

I believe that Access is a good choice if you need to summarize data (like
comparing week to week, or figuring how much you have charged within a year),
but not do extensive calculation on it.

Please let me know if I can provide more assistance.
