Excel title bar

I have big excel spread sheet, and the first row is the title with

username, Ip Address, machine name

if scrow down to row 500, I lost the first row of the title bar along with
the page, is anyway when I scrow down I can have my first row of title bar
with me all the time, so no matter what row you are on it, you always can see
the title?
