Excel Starting Problem

Whenever I try to start EXCEL program, the system tries to open the file in
the TEMP folder
which I removed already.

Why this happens? and how to solve the problem ?
Will anyone help me solve this Excel-Starting problem, please?

Under "Tools", "Options", check the "General" tab to make sure the file isn't
still being referenced for the alternate startup file location...
