Excel Standar Colour Palette

Does anybody know how to use Pantene colours in Excel cells? Or at least get
the RGB option, or load new colours? Would really appreciate help. Thank you

You can re-define any of the Excel colours in the colour palette using
Tools>Options>Color>Modify, but only to a particular RGB value.
