Hello,

I have two Excel Spreadsheet with client names. But I want to find the
duplicates and create one file.

Is this possible without having to go through all 900 names?

Thank you
Roxanne

Bring the two lists into one worksheet, copy list from one to the end of the
other. Then use Advanced filter, to copy the full list to another location
and turn on the 'unique records only' option

In xl2003 you will find advanced filter in the data menu, the list range is
ALL of your names list, leave criteria empty, click 'Copy to another
location' (has to be on same worksheet), choose a suitable (empty column),
click 'Unique records only' and press OK.

Note: this is case sensitive and of course spelling, and any spaces at even
ones you cannot see at the end of name will be treated uniquely.
