Excel Shortcut Toolbar

I have accidently hidden or deleted (?) my shortcut
toolbar which used to appear under the formatting toolbar.
How do I restore it?
 
Look under View>Toolbars>

I do not see a shortcut toolbar but you may be referring to the standard toolbar if not, turn them on one at a time untill you find the one your missing.
