Excel sheet page breaks are different when loaded in other computers

Hi. I posted this question in a different forum, but I don't think I
was very clear. I have an excel report where I highlight it all and
click the little plus symbol and scroll down so the report repeats
over and over. On my machine each report fits perfectly onto one page,
so when I print it, the pages will all look the same, but when other
people open it with excel from their computer, the page breaks don't
fit correctly, so the report doesn't print out right.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks, Brad

A couple of things that can cause this problem.

1. Printer drivers can be different on each computer.

2. Resolution can be different on each computer.

Different printers behave differently.

I think that the best you can do is to be very conservative. Place those
pagebreaks where you guess the worst printer would break.

Alternatively, you could drop the manual page breaks and just let each printer
decide where it should break.

Be prepared for some phone calls until your report is printing perfectly for all
the recipients.
