Excel Problem Please Help!

Hi Everyone,

When I click on my Excel icon, I get a message
saying: "Excel.exe has generated errors and will be closed
by windows. You will need to restart the program." I have
uninstalled and reinstalled Windows 2000 standard 3 times
and its still coming up with the error. Could ou please
help! Thank you in advance.
