hello

i have a shipping authorization sheet that gets filled with numbers. it
needs to have 4 copies printed, but each has to have a different title (i.e.
accounts payable, authorized personel, purchasing department, shipping...).

is there a way to do this without manually printing 4 different sheets? the
people that use this are not very technical.

thanks you

Hi Dave o. You will have to print four reports, but there is an easy way to
do it. For each separate sheet, record a macro - select
view-header/footer-custom header and type "Accounts Payable", click on print
and then stop recording. Do this for each of your choices - Shipping,
Purchasing, etc. Then go to customize, macros, then assign each macro to a
separate button. Change the button name to fit the title. Your users can
then just click on the appropriate button to print the report with the title
they want. Or, you could also record one macro that prints all four reports
with separate titles at the same time, using the same method. HTH
