Help !

I have recently upgrade my PC O/S to Windows XP PRO and
also installed OFFICE for XP. All fine until I used EXCEL
and tried to change the layout from Portrait to Landscape.
This ultimately results in 'program not responding' and
having to shut down through Task Manager.
I initially thought this was due to OFFICE XP, so
uninstalled and re-installed - same problem.
Because I need this functionality, I uninstalled and put
OFFICE 97 back on, which I new worked fine under WINDOWS98
SE. Disaster, I get the same result.
Can anyone shed any light on this.

Many thanks,

Andy

Hi Andy

Landscape as in printing ? Try reinstalling your printer and/or check for
newer printer drivers and see if it helps.

Hi Harald,
Many thanks for the suggestion. Downloaded newer printer
drivers and these are obviously compatible with XP and has
cured the problem.
Cheers,

Andy
