Excel object model references

Can anyone point me to good excel object model references?

I need to do things like list the worksheets in a drop-down so a user can
choose one, etc.

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

This is an Access forum not Excel.
However, if you go into some VBA code and add a reference for Excel, you can
use the object browser and if you have the help files loaded, you can press
PF1 to get help on any object or parameter.
