Excel Network "Chatroom"

I've written a sheet that references a chatlog text file within a
network shared folder. Basically, any user with the sheet open can read
or write to the file and it is updated (by 3 second time interval) on
the sheet, simulating an IRC like chatroom. It shows the
application.user and message (displays other users in dif. color). Kind
of neat - much cheaper than buying similar software at work. It updates
the chat by modifying a range of cells on the sheet, and actually
auto-scrolls as the chat gets longer. If anyone would like to see this,

I've been getting quite a few emails about this file, so ill be
