G Gord Dibben Apr 14, 2007 #4 Mark Have you looked at Data>Form for adding data to a new row? It doesn't have the same functionality and requires blank rows below your data to add new items to, but works after a fashion. You can then use Data>Sort and Data>Filter on that range.
