Excel issue

Hi I am getting an error everytime I open or close a file
in MS EXCEL

"Compile error in hidden Module: Initialization"
(I get this whenever I try to open a file before the file
actually opens)

"Compile error in hidden Module: Utilities"

(This comes up when closing a file)
 
Hi Frankie!

If this is for all files then it sounds like you have an Addin
problem.

Use Tools > Addins and de-select one at a time until you track it
down.

You could also have something loading from your XLSTART folder or your
Tools>Options>General "Alternate files location"("at start up , open all
files in") folder.
