excel indenting a group of rows

Does anyone know how to indent a group of cells all at the same time.
For example I would like to indent the first 25 rows all with 10
spaces before the wording starts.

Is there a way to do this all at once with out manually going into
each cell and hitting the space bar 10 times.

Try this:
Select the range, click Format > Cells > Alignment tab
Under Text alignment,
Select Left (Indent) then click for the desired "Indent" # in the spinner
Click OK
