EXCEL: How do I format a cell if value < 12 then show "LOW STOCK"

Trying to format cells with conditions to show values; LOW, VERY LOW, etc.

So what do LOW, VERY LOW, etc, refer to? Based on your subject line:

Format/Cells/Number/Custom:

[<6]"VERY LOW STOCK";[<12]"LOW STOCK";"ADEQUATE STOCK"

may work.
