Excel Hide/Unhide

I hid 4 columns in excel and they saved the doc.
The 4 columns are not showing.
I would like to get the 4 hidden columns back.
Please help!!
 
Select the column before the hidden columns and the column after and right
click and choose unhide. All the columns should come back now.
 
Move to the worksheet with the hidden column and press Ctrl + A to select
all. Then click FORMAT on the menu, select COLUMN and then click UNHIDE.
