Most people with the wits intact don't open files posted to newsgroups,
maybe you can repost the questions with some description on how the text
files look and how you want them to look after they have been imported

My text file is something like

Text file 1

Name: Any
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Salary: $1000
Job: Sales
Location: Garden Way

Test file 2

Name: Green
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Salary: $1200
Job: Customer
Location: Theme

So when i import these two data one by one.....it will shift to the
right column based on the firled type.

Data No Name Gender Age Salary Job Location
No (1) Any Female 20 $1000 Sales Garden
Way
No (2) Green Female 23 $1200 Customer Theme
it will continue on & on everytime i import a new text file..........
Can this be done by excel or access?
Please help!

Hi shermaine,
No, you are not creating a function, you are installing a macro and
invoking the macro. There are links to how to install a macro and use
a macro right from the link that I gave you, but specifically it is
