Excel headers

Somehow (I think I accidentally dragged them off), there
are only 6 headers at the top of the Excel page, (File,
Insert, Tools, Data, Windows, Help) meaning that, at the
very least, View and Format is missing. Does anyone know
how to get these back?

right-click in the toolbar area and go to Customise and on the Toolbars tab,
scroll down to Worksheet Menu Bar and click on Reset.

Click on the toolbar name.
Click Reset button
