Excel grid lines printing problem

G

Gerhardt

My office has been using Excel for quite some time with
no problem. After upgrading to Windows XP, we get some
printer alignment problems. When printing in portrait
mode with print gridlines on, the grid does not line up
with the data. We have the problem with a HP Laserjet
4si printer.

Thanks

We too have the same situation. We were recently upgraded to Windows and
Office XP and now we frequently see the gridlines askew...not lined up
with the text. It doesn't matter if it is a newly created spreadsheet
or an old one. We're using primarily 5si printers. I suspected it was
something to do with the printer drivers. If I find something more on
this I'll pass it along.
