Excel glitch

OK, this morning my computer never finished running the
logon script to our network here. I shut it down and
turned it back on. When I drag copy an excel formula into
other cells, the formula returns the original value, not
the calculated value. For example, in row 1 and row 2
there are various values in each cell. If I put =A1 + A2
in cell A3, I get the correct value. However, if I copy
that formula over into cell B3, B4, etc., the value that
was in cell A3 is there, but the correct formula is in the
formula field. Weird.

R3 =A1+A2 =B1+B2

R3 =6 =6

This might help with the reason why it might have changed "by itself".
