Is there a way to view all of the formulas in a
spreadsheet at once?
 
you can turn the option formula under tools, option. view click formula that
should show you all the formula of a worsheet instead of the calculated
results.

Press Ctrl+` It is keyboard specific, so it's always Ctrl + the key to the
left of the 1 on the top row of key. Pressing it again takes you out of
'formula view'

yes try Ctrl~ (which is next to the number 1)
