Excel formula help needed-How to separate last and first names?

Hello.
Here is my problem. I have the last and first name in the same column
and I need to have them separately in two separate columns in order to
be able to import into my contact management software.
Can someone please help me with that?

Menu Data>Text To Columns and use space as a delimiter
