I'm trying to set up a form in Excel that can be used like a form in Access
where you view one form on a page, but have many records within the file.
Unfortunately, using Access is not an option. Any suggestions or help is
appreciated. Thanks.

ry,

If your data is a table, with headings, you may be able to use Data - Form.
Otherwise, you'll have to design a UserForm, and write some code.

I can try setting the form up as a table and see if that works, otherwise I'm
out of luck as I know nothing about writing code. That's why I love Access.
Makes me feel smarter than I really am. I actually downloaded the Excel form
from MS downloads, but it appears to be single use only. Thanks for the
advice. I'll let you know how I make out.
