Excel Forms

I need to learn how to use ActiveX controls for an Excel form, as wel
as just having them available on the worksheet. For example, I need t
have a Drop Box that has A, B, C, and D in it, and depending on what i
selected, the second Drop box and the list box display different items
Radio buttons, check boxes, they all have me flumoxed, confused
frustrated, etc.
I don't need detailed information here, just a site that would help.
