Excel Formatting

A users who has office XP has a problem with the
formatting in a spreedsheet. The formatting won't show
up unless she goes into Print Preview. It gets better,
this only happens when she is logged in to this one
particular Dell laptop, if I log on to the same laptop I
see the formatting fine. If she logs on to another PC and
pulls up the same spreadsheet the formatting shows as
well. Any ideas?

If the fill colours aren't appearing, the high contrast setting may be
