Excel Form Control Position & Print display

After installing Office XP SP3 Full Install

When ever I print, the left position property of all the form controls is changed moving all of the controls to the left of the page

I've installed OFfice XP SP3 on two computers running Office XP Pro one is on Windows 2k and the other is on WinXP. Both exibit the same behaviour

Is there a known fix or do I have to remove and reinstall Office XP?
