Excel fill handle use -advanced

Whwen you use the fill handle it fills say A1, A2, A3 , A4 etc.

Can someone say how to cause it to fill in every other eg

A1,A3,A5 leaving out A2,A4,A6

much obliged if you can

Hi,

Manually enter your formula into A1 and A3 then select A1 - A4 (4 cells) and
then drag the fill handle.
