Excel File Size

I ahev been developing a spreadsheet being careful to keep
the file size down. I e-mailed it to a colleague, at
320kb, he added a few lines and (tells me) he didnlt do
anything else. When i got it back it was 780kb. Is there a
way i can get the size down again, short of recreating the
whole spreadsheet?

You might delete some "empty" lines that still contain
special Cell settings: Go to the last cell with settings
with CTRL+End and delete all empty lines above that.
Deleting empty sheets might also help.
