Excel external data import query

I have a query that imports data from an Access database, this works fine but when I import the data the headings are imported too, how do I import the data only? In the excel spreadsheet I would like to change the column headings, when I do this and change column widths etc when I refresh the data or import data the column widths revert back to the original settings. How do I stop this?

Hi

Create a query and point to cell in row 2 as destination - you get result
table starting on row 2. Add new headers into row 1, so you have headers
dubblicated at moment. Celect any cell in query result range, and select
from menu Data.GetExternalData.DataRangeProperties. Uncheck
IncludeFieldNames field, and press OK. Refresh the query.
