Excel Exit & Preview Problem

D. Griffis

Hi Bob,

I am having the same problem with Excel 2000 while
operating on Windows 98. I have tried several updates and
tried to scan for viruses, etc. but have not found the
answer yet. If you have any advise please let me know.
Thanks,

DSG

Use Windows Explorer to search for all files with a .XLB extension on
your hard drive and delete them. Excel uses these files to store information
about toolbars, but they frequently become corrupted and cause problems like
this. Excel will create new versions of the .XLB files it needs as soon as
it starts up.
