Excel errors--account specific

I have some files on a network drive that open fine within
several accounts on my computer. However, under one
account they will not open saying that the file is
corrupt; the "repaired" file shows up with almost nothing
in it. The tabs on the excel spreadsheets are still there
but nothing is inside of them. Please help me resolve
this issue.
 
Try removing any add-ins or other user modifications (default font size for
example) on the problem account.

If the file was not backed up I am afraid you are out of
luck. Ask your IT people if they did a network backup
recently and if so could they restore the file, it might
not be up to date but it would be better than nothing.
