Excel database capability

I just want to have a worksheet page for
each of our customers where I can log
complaints (this has already been created...
piece of cake) ... The hard part is that I want
them all to link entries to be listed as 'next'
in a separate, master workbook.....
so that whichever customer I'm entering a complaint
or other feedback for... that info will automatically
be listed next on a master spreadsheet....

anyone know how??? please email me!!!

not really a task a spreadhseet is best suited for. Sounds more like a
real database application for me :)

Yeah.... I tried fiddling around with Access....I just
never needed to use it, so I don't know it.... are there
any cool tutorials online? there may even be one built
into the program... yeah?
