excel data to address labels

recd from outside source as a project, data to address
envelopes.
I need urgent

how do I take this data info received in excel data-
column for each:
name, title, company, street, city, state/province,
zipcode/postal code, country

make this info into Avery 5162 labels to mail out

Create a mail merge from within Word...it will work
beautifully!
