Excel data problem - need to create day by day process chart

I have a spreadsheet consisting of row headings for fund names an
column headings for process steps.

The data contained in the spreadsheet is the date that each task need
to be done for each given fund name.

See exmaple attached.

I need to create day plans for each date detailing the fundname an
process step, but I cannot work out how to do this.

e.g.

01/03/04 - Fundname1 - Process Step1; Fundname1 - Process Step2 etc
02/03/04 - Fundname2 - Process Step2 and so o

Do a search on Google for Gantt charts. I'd stick to one
project per sheet. You will need a start date and a
completion date for each process. These might overlap - it
is possible to start one process before the previous
process is finished so dates will overlap. This might give
youu an idea:

02/01/04 02/02/04 02/03/04 06/03/04
OP 1 st end
OP 2 st end
OP 3 st end
OP 4 st End
