Excel Data into Access Tabkes

Is it possible to import data from Excel to Access?

I have a program which dumps 4 Excel files full of useful info which I need
to analyse and report. Access would be an ideal tool to do this but the
volume of info means it has to take the data rather than copying and pasting
each section.

Is this possible?

There are several ways to do the import, but my favorite way is to simply
link the Excel sheet to Access as a table and do an update query to move
specific data to a new Access table. This allows me to use criteria so that
I can move only the data I want. Just use:

File ... Get External Data ... Link

change the file type to Excel and browse to find the Excel workbook.
