Excel Crashing

Hi Excel seems to be crashing alot when a user in our
comapny is using. Seems to be doing it randomly. I have
checked the event log and the error is:

Faulting application excel.exe, version 10.0.4302.0,
faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address
0x047869e0.

Any ideas?
