Excel clients list and e-mail transfer to outlook address book

how do you transfer client names and e-mail addresses in
an excel spreadsheet into an outlook address book
 
Do a File, Import, (Excel) from within Outlook.
If I recall correctly, Outlook is a bit picky about the fields it imports.
Suggest you try an Expert of a contacts folder FROM OUTLOOK first (to
Excel), to test fields & data types.
