R Roger Whitehead Mar 23, 2004 #2 Do a File, Import, (Excel) from within Outlook. If I recall correctly, Outlook is a bit picky about the fields it imports. Suggest you try an Expert of a contacts folder FROM OUTLOOK first (to Excel), to test fields & data types.
