Excel excel brain freeze

IF Function

I need to use a fun ction in excel and my brain has left me

Col A Col B Col C
London successful 1
Leeds unsuccessful 2
Manchester Successful 1
London not entered 2
Leeds successful 0.5
London successful 1

what I need to do is do a function to give me totals if say succesful in london
So I have a table with the city names and in the cell next to say london i show how many where succesful from a count of col b but in next cell need if london and if successfull what is the total in column C
