B2 ranges between 0-200
in Cel B20 i need a formula that gives me the range between 0-4
B2 0 B20 0
B2 1-50 B20 1
B2 51-100 B20 2
B2 101-150 B20 3
B2 151-200 B20 4

It looks like you want cell B20 to show 0-4 based on cell B2? If so, I would use the following in B20:

=ROUNDUP(B2/50,0)

This will divide cell B2 by 50 and round up for any remainder, which should give you the desired result. If that's not what you're looking for, let me know.
