Sorry but when i use the formula for numbers it works but when i
compares text in the first array it shows an error, any ideas?

Make sure that the text value you're using is enclosed withi
quotes...

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A100="TextValue"),B1:B100*C1:C100
