Excel Automatic cell entries

User would like to enter a label in one cell that will
generate 3-5 cell entries to the right based on a table
array stored somewhere else on the worksheet.

Is this possible without VBA code?

this is possible but you may provide some more details whether formulas
or an event macro is the way to go. You may give an example for what
you're trying to achieve
