I am researching buying a new mobile and would like to get a device tha
allows me to create and edit excel workbooks. I am an accountant an
often need to do quick rough and ready calculations at meetings.

Is this possible with a mobile running Windows Mobile™ 2003 fo
Smartphones or would I have to get something that runs Windows Mobile
2003 software for Pocket PCs? Is the version of Excel that running o
these systems very different?

I know this is not a typical forum question but I am gettin
exasperated talking to staff at high street shops who cannot understan
that I might be more interested in using Excel that playing games

I have Excel on the PDA which I use very seldom as the screen size on that
is very restricting. I normally take a laptop. I would find a smartphone
screen even worse, but cannot answer your specific question.

There is a smartphone group under mobile devices, here
