Excel and Simply Accounting

I am trying to set up a Daily Cash Sheet in Excel and
would like to know how to be able to import this into
Simply Accounting as a General Ledger Journal entry.
Anyone that could help I would really appreciate it.

Excel can export/save in many formats.

Try reading the Help section of SA to see what format SA needs for its
importing.

I don't know anything about Simply Accounting, but doesn't it have the
equivalent of a 'cash book' or a 'cash ledger' or a 'cash account?'
