Excel and Email Combo Question

I have an excel list which includes name, address, catagory 1(etc.) for each line.
If I merge list to a Form Letter how do I send each letter (or page) of merged document to each indicated person via email.

I can also send the raw data to each person from the excel file. Each line item is a different person.
How do I get each line item to be sent to that person without the other people seeing data that isn't theirs?
