Excel adds extra double-quotes ?HELP?

I use window xp professionnal and excel xp professionnal too...

In the cell, there's plain text like Hello "Everybody"...

If I paste it in notepad, the notepad from windows, the result would b
:

"Hello ""Everybody""..."

I think that my problem comes from an option somewhere but I can't fin
it...

Any help would be very appreciated!

I just tried it again and I couldn't duplicate it (under win98, xl2002).

Maybe someone who's using winXP can jump in.
