Excel Add In

Hi all,
I am using SharpDevelop to try and create an Excel Add in. Does
anyone have any tutorials for going about this? I have a couple from
microsoft, but they all refer to setting up the add in, in ms visual
studio or visual c#. One of the first steps listed is to click on new
project, expand Other Projects, select Extensibility Projects, and then
select Shared Add in Template. This is not a template in SharpDevelop.

BTW, I can use sharpdevelop to interact with the Office PIA, i am short
on how to create registered add ins.
