I have "last name" "comma" "first name" in a column that I
imported from Quickbooks Pro 2003.

Is there a way to separate this into a column containing
"last name" and a column containing "first name"?
Thanks. D.

The easiest way I think is to select the column and use
Data >> Text to columns
Then choose "Delimited" to describe the column and "Comma" as the
delimiter.

Hi David

Select the column of data and then go to

Data>Text_to_Column

Good Luck
